| What is a traffic exchange? |
| A traffic exchange is a service where you can receive hits to your websites in return for visiting other people's. |
| How does it work? |
| Once you've signed up, and added your site to the system, all you have to do is click the surf button, and start visiting sites. You will receive credits for every site you visit, and these credits will be used to display your site to other users. |
| How many credits can I earn? |
| The number of credits you can earn is only limited by the amount of time you spend "surfing" (visiting sites). As a free account holder, you will earn 4 credits for every 2 sites you visit. |
| Is there a way to earn more credits? |
| Yes, if you upgrade your account, you will earn more credits for each site you visit (up to 10 credits for a Platinum account). Plus, you will receive bonus credits every month, and additional credits through up to 10 levels of referrals. |
| How much does it cost? |
| A free account is free, and always will be. You can stay here as a free account holder forever if you want to, and never pay anything. If you decide to upgrade your account, prices range from $1.95 to $5.95 a month. |
| Can I earn money here? |
| Yes. Upgraded members earn commission payments when their direct referrals upgrade or buy credit packages. You can earn between 10 - 50%, depending on your upgrade level. |
| What payment processor do you accept? |
| We accept PayPal and AlertPay for upgrades and credit purchases. |
| How do I get paid? |
| You can request payment at any time, as long as you have at least $10 available to withdraw. Payments are made by PayPal or AlertPay, and will be made within 5 days of your request being received. |
| Can I have more than one account? |
| No. In common with most traffic exchanges, we only allow one account per user. If you are found to have more than one account, all your accounts will be deleted, and you may be banned. |
| How many sites can I add? |
| Free members can add up to 5 sites. Upgraded members can add additional sites depending on their upgrade level. |
| What kind of sites can I add? |
| We try not to restrict the kind of sites you can add too much. As long as a site is family friendly (no profanity or pornography), contains no more than one pop-up, and is mainly in English, it will probably be approved. All sites have to be approved before they can be displayed. |
| How many sites can I surf each day? |
| As many as you want. There's no limit. |
| I'm not earning enough credits. How can I get more? |
| If you are not earning enough credits as a free member, you should consider upgrading your account. You can receive up to an extra 10000 credits a month, and a 1:1 hit ratio, which doubles the number of credits you can earn surfing. If that's not enough, you can buy extra credit packages from within the member area. |
